The OPTIMA shopping service makes it easy to find and purchase the products you need. When you order and pay online, our intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery. We currently accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.

We cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined. It is your responsibility as a consumer to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.

SALES TAX

Tax may be applied to your order, if required by law in your state. We don't know the exact amount of tax until your order ships, due to the unique nature of the OPTIMA service. For this reason, the order total in your confirmation email may not reflect the exact amount of this tax. Sales tax may be applied to shipping and handling charges.

TELEPHONE, POSTAL MAIL, FAX, OR EMAIL ORDERS

Telephone, postal mail, fax, and email orders are not accepted.

OPTIMA does not accept credit card numbers delivered via email. Credit card numbers should never be sent by email as it is not a secure practice.

COD ORDERS

COD orders are not accepted.

PREFERRED SHIPPING METHOD

Orders must be shipped to a valid street address, not an APO, FPO or PO Box. The address must be a place where someone is available to sign for receipt of the shipment.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

OPTIMA only ships within the contiguous United States of America excluding these regions: Alaska, Armed Forces Africa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Canada, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, Armed Forces Pacific, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.

We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

Our hassle-free 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind. If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price.

It's easy to return a product:

  1. Log into your OPTIMA account or call OPTIMA to initiate a return.
  2. We email you instructions for returning your product.
  3. Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email.

Please Note:

  • You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
  • You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.
  • If a restocking fee applies, the amount of the fee is displayed on the final checkout screen when you complete the order and is noted on the packing list included with the order.

REFUNDS, CREDITS AND BALANCES DUE

Credit for returned items will be applied to the credit method that was used to make the purchase. You will be notified via email as soon as OPTIMA receives and processes your return. The credit will take place within 10 business days of the time that you receive this email. The return credit should be reflected on your statement within one or two billing periods, depending on your financial institution's billing cycle.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive defective merchandise, please call OPTIMA Customer Service for assistance at 888-8OPTIMA or email info@optimabatteries.com.

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call OPTIMA Customer Service immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting OPTIMA Customer Service, the chances of making a claim are jeopardized, and you may not receive credit for the return.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY

We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

OPTIMA reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price. This includes after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, OPTIMA will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the OPTIMA Batteries’ Return Policy.
