The Schwartz Performance Vega

If it has wheels, there's a good chance Jeff Schwartz has raced it somewhere, even if it is an overlooked classic, like this '72 Chevrolet Vega. What started out as a $1500 heap has turned into a corner-carving, low-profile sleeper with LS power under the hood.

The car now runs 11s naturally aspirated and Jeff hopes to click off a 10-second pass on nitrous. It may be a small market, but with this build, Schwartz Performance has probably jumped to the top of the heap for those looking to make Vegas go fast, brake hard and turn with ease.
