2014 OUSCI Wilwood Speed Stop Challenge Results

The Wilwood Disc Brakes Speed Stop Challenge took many forms during the first season of OPTIMA's Search for the Ultimate Street Car, but the format for the 2014 OPTIMA Ultimate Street Car Invitational, presented by K&N Filters, was definitely a high-speed affair. Competitors used a portion of the road course, which has been a popular format throughout the regular season, with the finish line positioned just across from the RideTech Autocross course, allowing spectators to take in the action in both events simultaneously.
After all the runs were made, the final results place Brandon Ranvek's 2006 Mitsubishi Evolution in the top position. As with all segments of the OUSCI, if competitors do not attempt to compete in this event they are automatically moved to the exhibition class. Competitors listed in the exhibition class here may have competed in the Wilwood Disc Brakes Speed Stop Challenge, but may have been moved to exhibition due to their status in other OUSCI segments.
