Congratulations to Danny Popp on Winning the 2011 OUSCI

The 2011 OPTIMA Ultimate Street Car Invitational, presented by KN Filters and Wilwood Brakes, was an unqualified success. We will be posting full race results early next week at www.optimainvitational.com, but until then, we want you to know this year's competition came down to the wire, with Danny Popp edging out Mark Stielow through a tie-breaker.

Those two were followed by Brian Hobaugh, Gary Rubio and Mary Pozzi, who rounded out the top-five finishers. Phil Gerber's Innovator Nova picked up where it left off in Columbus, capturing the Raybestos Performance Design Challenge, while Danny Popp led the way in both the BF Goodrich Hot Lap Challenge and Ridetech Autocross, while Gary Rubio captured the Wilwood Disc Brakes Speed Stop Challenge.
